For a limited time only, we are offering FREE listings on THEMESNMOTIFS.COM. We reserve the right to change these listings to paid advertisements. In the instance that we switch to paid advertisements, you will be notified, and given the option of being downgraded or remaining an advertiser and supporter of THEMESNMOTIFS.COM.

Fees and Payments

THEMESNMOTIFS.COM is generally FREE for soon-to-weds except for portions it considers as a premium service. It may charge soon-to-weds and wedding professionals fees for access to certain portions of THEMESNMOTIFS.COM. You agree to pay all fees and charges, including applicable taxes, incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including but not limited to charges for any products or services offered through THEMESNMOTIFS.COM. THEMESNMOTIFS.COM reserves the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any Fees, and to institute new Fees, effective upon prior notice to you.

The submitted credit card information to THEMESNMOTIFS.COM shall be used in payment of any and all purchases from THEMESMOTIFS.NET. You give permission to THEMESNMOTIFS.COM to charge all Fees incurred through your account to the credit card you designate for use of Themes & Motifs. Any additional Fees, other than renewal fees, will be charged at the time they are incurred. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or your payment is returned to THEMESNMOTIFS.COM for any reason, including charge back, THEMESNMOTIFS.COM reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your account and all its obligations under these Terms & Conditions.

All users registered through THEMESNMOTIFS.COM agree to our NO REFUND POLICY and agree to complete the contract time period specified by the contract length during registration. You agree that THEMESNMOTIFS.COM can terminate your contract at anytime without further notice.
